Dr. Nandana Jayathilake graduated from the University of Peradeniya and earned MD-Emergency Medicine in 2018 from the University of Colombo. He played a crucial role in establishing the Sri Lanka College of Emergency Physicians in 2019, and since then, he has been a council member of SLCEP and the current president of SLCEP. He got his ultrasound accreditation from Australia and Vienna and is a founder member of EM POCUS Academy. Dr Nandana is a hardworking and talented Emergency Physician with excellent professional capabilities, which made him lead many organisations, such as Ex. Secretary and council member of the Kandy Society of Medicine and social secretary of the Peradeniya Medical School Alumni Association. He is a Board member of the Diploma in Paramedical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, University of Ragama. He is very passionate about achieving clinical and academic excellence in Emergency Medicine.
