Dr. Nandana Jayathilake graduated from University of Peradeniya and has got MD Emergency Medicine in 2018 from University of Colombo. He played a key role in establishing Sri Lanka College of Emergency Physicians in 2019 and since then he is a council member of SLCEP and the current elect president of SLCEP. He has got his ultrasound accreditation from Australia and Vienna and founder member of EM POCUS Academy. Dr. Nandana is hardworking and talented Emergency Physician with great professional capabilities which made him to lead many organizations such as Ex. Secretay and council member of Kandy Society of Medicine, Social secretary of Peradeniya Medical School Alumni Association. He is a Board member of the Diploma in paramedical sciences, Faculty of Medicine, University of Ragama. He is very passionate on achieving clinical and academic excellence in Emergency Medicine.
