Dr. Noor graduated from University of Wales College of Medicine UK in 2001 and she completed her specialist training in emergency medicine in University Malaya in 2010, followed by fellowship in critical and emergency ultrasound in Massachusetts General Hospital, US in 2014. She is currently an associate professor in emergency medicine in University Teknologi MARA (UITM) and consultant emergency physician in Hospital Al-Sultan Abdullah, Malaysia. In addition, she also heads the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Department of Hospital UiTM. She was the past president of the Society of Critical Care & Emergency Sonography Malaysia. She is also the president elect for World Integrated Network Focused on Critical Sonography (WINFOCUS). Dr.Noor is a Dedicated Lecturer with strength in teaching the subject of point-of-care ultrasound, providing both practical and theoretical knowledge..
